KBS2 situation drama 'Hope for Dating' has concluded.

'Hope for Dating' drew interest with a topic which will interest anyone regardless young or old, 'romance'. Through incorporating fresh ideas of SNS (social network sites), UCC (user created content) etc reflecting the current trend, it depicts an honest view of romance held by people these days.

Also, sensual visuals and unique dramatics further strengthens the fun of watching. Furthermore, actor Choi Daniel (as Cha Gi Dae) who boasts a perfect synchonisation rate with each of his character, BoA (as Ju Yeon Ae), Im Si Wan (as Jung Jin Guk), Kim Ji Won (as Choi Sae Rom) etc, firmly together as one, the actors presented a perfect triangular relationship showing off their synergy, which also added to the final quality of the production.

In part one of 'Hope for Dating', a variety of episodes unfolded when Ju Yeon Ae (acted by BoA) who longed for love received romance coaching from Cha Gi Dae (acted by Choi Daniel).

Part 2 depicted Gi Dae who felt skeptical when loud and calculative Sae Rom (acted by Kim Ji Won) treated marriage as a complete transaction, and Yeon Ae who got tired of Jin Guk (acted by Im Si Wan) who always acts out of line every time, get attracted to each other and finally meet up in reality after breaking up with their respective partners. Although not in reality, only to be even more attracted to each other, the drama superficially draws out the topic of the psychology of both sexes.

And 4 years later, Gi Dae and Yeon Ae met without knowing of each others' existence; and with the unfolding of that new development the drama concluded. But, unclear if both of them are able to find happiness in the real world, it left viewers lingering with a new question.

Especially, 'Hope for Dating' received extremely positive feedback as it presented a realistic portrayal of the psychology of both sexes through situations that commonly occur in romantic relationships. Some lines made young males and females nod their head in agreement, "What can you gain from winning the person you love?", "Guys don't look behind, in front, or to their sides, undoubtedly they should look towards fulfilling their goals and run towards it", "Dating is pretty expensive", "If you love me, why don't you know?", "You think only girls get hurt while dating?", "A game where the side who loves more loses" etc.

'Hope for Dating' is not just a drama special competing with many big productions in a long-lasting race; instead in the genre of situation drama, it will continue in the direction of a home theatre.

It will progress in the format of a situation drama with fixed characters and a different story each episode. 'Hope for Dating' is a drama with a refreshing form which has been rare to see all these while, concluding in the midst of viewers' extremely good comments, this is not the end but the start.
