On the 13th, Able C&C which operates brand shop Missha revealed that female lead of KBS2 2-part drama <Hope for Dating> and exclusive model of Missha BoA's makeup is becoming a hot topic after the broadcast. In the drama, BoA acted as 'Ju Yeon Ae', a female undergraduate who is highly popular swinging single but bad in the romance department. BoA presented a different side of her as a lovely female undergraduate via a natural makeup look. Missha representatives explained that although the look was not flashy, it created a healthy and bright image enhancing 'Ju Yeon Ae''s sassy and cheery character. BoA makeup-in-charge director Jung Saemmool revealed that the key point of <Hope for Dating> makeup is none other than 'natural' and 'distinct'. After creating a smooth and glow makeup base with 'Missha M prism fitting glow foundation', apply 'Signature dramatic cell luminous pact' with a puff in order to control oil, and the clean skin tone look is complete. Next, apply a coral colour blusher in the centre of the cheeks to look lively, then apply peach colour blusher on the outside of the cheeks to create a bright shadow. Key point of the eye makeup is the curling of the eyelashes. The focus is to create a perfect C curling of the eyelashes using fix mascara and curler. Blend the red gold colour and peach colour from 'Missha signature velvet art shadow (No. 17 Cranberry combination)' and apply it following the line of the double eyelids in order to create a mysterious yet bright look. In order to create a natural eyebrow, skip heavy eyeliner. Instead, apply a thick purple eyeshadow to the front and ends of the eye in order to create a distinct look. Apply long lash mascara to only the roots of the eyelashes so that the lashes will be separated and look natural. Lastly, apply 'Missha signature glam art rouge (SRD 704)' burgundy colour on the inside of the lips as though you are stamping it on, then create a gradation and you're done. BoA usually presents a charismatic and sexy image on stage via a variety of makeup looks.
